Within 7 days (residential)
If your drain backs up within seven days of your service, we will get you scheduled to come back and clear it again, free of charge.
Hydro jetting — 30 days
Jetting scours the pipe wall instead of punching a path through the blockage, so the line should stay clear far longer. We back that with four times the window — if a line we jetted backs up within 30 days, we come back and clear it again, free of charge.
Every main line
When we clear your main line, a sewer camera goes down it on the same visit. That way we can see it’s genuinely clear before we leave, and get it right the first time.
The guarantee covers clearing the line. The 7 days run from your original service date, and the 30 days on jetting run from the date we jetted the line — a return visit does not start a new warranty period. This guarantee doesn’t cover commercial drain service. Sewer lines commonly develop problems over time, and once a problem is pronounced enough, it starts causing backups into the home. If the camera shows the pipe itself is damaged — a collapse, roots through a joint, a low spot holding water — we’ll show you the footage and give you a price to repair it. The guarantee ends there.
